Achieved in 2008 with a 602.5kg Total. This consisted of a 226kg squat, a 143kg bench press and a 235kg deadlift. All three lifts were world record and the total also. This was done in the -110kg class at a bodyweight of 100.9kg and at 62 yrs.

Achieved in 2011 with a 565kg Total. This was made up of a 220kg Squat, a 145kg Bench Press and a 200kg Deadlift at a bodyweight of 101.1kg and age 65 in the M6 division.

Achieved in 2007 with a total of 600kg. This was made up of a 220kg Squat a 135kg Bench Press and a 245kg Deadlift for a world record total. This was all done at 100kg bodyweight and at 61 years of age.

Achieved in 2009 with a total of 535kg. This was made up of a 190kg Squat, a 146kg Bench Press that Laurence upped to 150kg on a 4th attempt World Record and a 200kg Deadlift. This was all done at 99.8kg bodyweight and at 63 years of age.

Achieved in 2010 with a total of 875kg which was also a World Record. This was achieved with a Squat of 320kg for a World Record, a Bench Press of 220kg for a National Record and Deadlift of 335kg for another World Record. This was all done at 144.5kg Bodyweight and 32 years of age.

Achieved with a 775kg Total in 2010 for a World Record. This was made with a Squat of 270kg, Bench Press of 205kg and Deadlift of 300kg all done at a bodyweight of 110.7kg and at 30 years of age.
